Does SORN require KYC?
SORN specializes in NO-KYC and privacy-focused access wherever possible. Our goal is to keep SORN flows simple, private, and accessible without unnecessary verification. However, in some cases KYC or additional checks may still be required because of external providers, bridge aggregators, fiat partners, selected routes, regions, transaction amounts, risk checks, or regulatory requirements. When this happens, it is usually triggered by the external route or provider — not because SORN's default approach is to force KYC.
Can I top up my SORN balance with crypto?
Top Up adds funds to your account balance so you can pay for services that support balance checkout (for example VPN, SIM, Accounts Shop, and supported card products).
Which languages does SORN support?
SORN supports English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, and Chinese in the public knowledge base and application UI.
