How SORN helps

When to use this

Create a payment link for a single invoice and send it to a client. Maintain separate wallets per currency/network and choose the right one per link. Check waiting payments and share order IDs with support when needed.

- Add wallets first; keep wallet names descriptive.
- Always verify currency/network before sharing a link.
- Use notes in links for easier reconciliation.
- For support, keep link ID and relevant waiting trade/order IDs ready.

- **Cannot create link:** Usually no wallet selected or amount below minimum.
- **Wallet address invalid:** Recheck address + network pair.
- **Payment still waiting:** Wait for confirmations and monitor status in My Links.
- **Wrong wallet on existing link:** Edit wallet details on that link.
- **Customer asks for brand mismatch:** Update Branding (logo/color) and retry.
